1. Our services

People Not Paper provides recruitment software to recruitment agencies and employers, including Relay (coordination of live roles) and Proof (skills-based candidate assessment). Access to our products is provided under a separate written agreement with each customer.

2. Acceptable use

Customers must use our platform lawfully, must obtain valid consent from any individual they communicate with through it, and must not use it to send unsolicited marketing, unlawful or misleading messages. Customers are responsible for the content of messages sent through their account.

We may suspend messaging where we reasonably believe those policies are being breached.

4. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on a customer's behalf, we do so as a processor under a data processing agreement forming part of the customer's contract with us.

6. Availability

We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service levels, where offered, are set out in the customer's agreement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out in the customer's written agreement with us.
